Attention returns to the county scene this weekend as the Green and Red face near neighbours Galway at both Senior and under 17 grade.

First up in Salthill on Sunday 11th, the under 17 Connacht Semi Final throws in at 13:30pm, and we as a club are proud to have two men lining out in the Mayo colours, namely Paul Towey and Paddy Goldrick.

I caught up with the two lads this week, watch this space for what they had to say ahead of the big game!

At 4:00pm, it is the turn of Tom P and his senior counterparts, as they too take on the Tribesmen, in what promises to be an epic battle as Mayo seek retribution for last years defeat at the hands of the same opposition.
