Our u14 ladies bowed out of the Championship last Monday evening with a loss to a very strong Castlebar Mitchels side. The girls put on their usual gusty performance in the second half to bridge the gap to 7 points, with a final score of 3.08 to 5.07.
So sees the end of a phenomenal season for this panel which saw them top their table in the league and bring home the coverted cup to Charlestown in July.
Thank you to the continued support of the parents and supporters who have passed on the delight of the progress of their girls.
It is also with great pride that this years new management of Tom McLoughlin, Sandra Beirne, Richella O’Connor and Mary Mahon speak of the girls
‘To see such a great panel progress in skills and master every game together was a pleasure to watch’
It is in no doubt that with such talent coming up along the ranks, it is safe to say that the future of Charlestown Ladies is in safe hands
