Added interest in Round 3 of the under 17 Championship this weekend when Mayo take on Sligo as one of our very own, Jack Mahon, has been selected to start for the Mayo team at centre half forward.

Jack is one of the brightest talents within our club, and will be a star of the future no doubt. His selection on the Mayo team tomorrow is testament to his dedication and commitment to the Sarsfields cause over the seasons and we wish him the absolute best!

Following one win and one defeat from their opening two games Mayo need a win if they want to progress to next months Connacht final, and with this been Jacks first starting berth, lets hope his inclusion makes all the difference tomorrow!

Throw-in tomorrow in Elverys MacHale Park is 12.30pm
