Our senior team manager, David Tiernan, has informed the club executive of his decision to step down from his role following the conclusion of the 2025 season.

The club wishes to express its sincere thanks to David for his dedication and hard work throughout the season, and in successfully preserving our senior status for next year’s championship. A legendary and inspirational player and former captain of the club, David brought the same leadership, commitment and integrity to his role as senior manager, stepping in at a time when the club needed it most.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to his management team — Michael Horkan, Francis Mannion, Patrick Walsh, Phillip Craig, Shane Moran and Lewis O’Connor — for their commitment and contribution to the team during the year.

The process of appointing a new senior team manager will begin in due course.
