Charlestown Sarsfields GAA Club are delighted to officially welcome Amy Doory as our newly appointed Club Development Officer (CDO).

Amy began her role this week with a visit to St. Attracta’s National School, where she delivered engaging and energetic football coaching sessions with the students. Her enthusiasm and expertise were evident from the outset, and it was fantastic to see such positive participation.

In the coming days, Amy will also visit Cloonlyon, Tavneena and Carracastle National Schools, with plans to establish regular weekly sessions as part of our ongoing schools outreach programme. In addition to her school coaching commitments, Amy will play an active role in supporting our nursery programme and contributing to a wide range of club activities and initiatives.

This Club Development Officer initiative is delivered in partnership with Connacht GAA, whose continued support we greatly appreciate. We also extend our sincere thanks to the local national schools for their collaboration, as well as to our Coaching Officer, Kiefer Craig, and local Games Development Officer, Martin Carr, for their assistance in coordinating the programme.

Everyone at the club is thrilled to have Amy on board. We wish her every success in her new role and look forward to seeing continued growth, enjoyment and skill development across all age groups in the months ahead.
